Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days from the time your order was placed for shipping notification.
Orders usually take 1-7 business days to arrive.
Any duties payable will be the customer's sole responsibility during delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers have a 7-day return policy after receiving their order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is not included.

CUSTOMS FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED WITH THE RETURN.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method.
Allow 7-10 business days to see the refund on your credit card statement.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product.
